heute einmal den test gemacht: 20 min am fahrkartenautomat für ein ticket. man weiss doch, da war doch noch ein angebot ... und dafür gibt es vier mögliche einstiegsszenarien zur auswahl ...

die auskunft am schalter dauerte 3min, mit erklärung und am ende - man hatte ja so eine ahnung - war es billiger als am automaten.

spannend auch der versuch die sprache zu wechseln: egal ob spanisch, englisch oder franzöisch: der text fängt deutsch an, in der mitte xy und endet auf deutsch. der text beschreibt die situation: drücken sie auf den orangen knopf. nur da war keiner, der war - wenn ich die navigation richtig verstanden habe - eine seite vorher. cancel and back kommt nicht gut, wenn man nur ein ziel vor augen hat: ich will hier weg.
