i wanna have xlr-plugs, the rest is out of my interest. but i guess in general it's interesting to compare cable, power supply [batteries, if you want inside chargeable, adapter, how long can you work, ...], intuitive interface, memory and i guess support as easy updates [speaks for tascam, don't know about kork or roland yet]

two years ago i got the news, that south korea is willing to invest x money on guard robots. it had something to do with swarm intelligence and ant algorithm. now an update appeared:

Each Intelligent Surveillance and Security Guard Robot will be equipped with a daylight camera capable of identifying targets within a 4-kilometer radius, and an infra-red night vision camera that has a range of 2 kilometers. While humans can use a joystick and touchscreen to control the robots, they are programmed to respond autonomously when an intruder does not provide a correct password.
