i recall some note i have read somewhere, about the 1960s, where some human said: if robots can produce themselves, they have to be accepted as their own species.

edit: another 15 years and robots will think like human. well kind of scarry thought. wondering why that stuff gets repeated over and over; and who told them that those machines have to look like and should act like beings? ...

the micro trim controls are really nice, while you should forget the internal micros as it records any switch touched. that's really noisy if you use the internal mics. using an external mic is a better advice, anyhow.

ok, charging batteries within the machine is not possible. you need an external card reader for mac.

no tiny fingers needed to be operated, no fear to break something while changing batteries (4x1,5v for ~4 hours) or flash card (2gb for ~3hours bwf 48/16; still needs more testing though) for me the best choice right now for 599,-
