appreciation and celebration

well, as these chaps too often forget to celebrate it is worth a note:

programmer's day: official holiday in russia it seems, comes with a dress code: programmers wear white. and in good old russian tradition it comes with a little bit of math as its celebrated on the 256th (0x100th) day of a year. the proposer is valentin balt.

sysadmin appreciation day can be rememberd somehow with more ease: it's the last friday in july.
