claro, if you can talk about the balkanization of the news, why not use it for nona? dave siegel did it 1996: the balkanization of the web. idm descriped it as an "essay on web decadence". i think american have another understanding of the balkan. in their latest issue they have an article about how to turn employees into journalists: "Communicators and content managers frequently fret over the challenge of ‘feeding the monster’.
