El Centre Internacional de la Cultura del Menjar – Food Culture Museum de Barcelona obrirà una part de les seves instal·lacions abans de l’estiu. Es tracta d’un espai consagrat al menjar com a cultura, que, malgrat el nom, estarà als antípodes d’un museu convencional. Sota la batuta d’Antoni Miralda, el Food Culture Museum aplegarà art, degustacions gastronòmiques i investigació científica en un entorn arquitectònic molt especial: l’antiga Casa de la Premsa de l’Exposició Internacional de 1929 a Montjuïc.( bcn) ...
