concerning me, I always did it, but that interview Brian found and linked really put me through the ceiling. Attacking the particle/wave duality and the statistic calculus behind it is something a person like me must consider and discuss. physics and voià, weltsicht, unavoidable. I am sorry, I'm cautious with that field, but then and again, not.

i was hearing it from people who strongly believe in 'social' software and praise search, ontologies, ... as necessities for reaching weltsicht. reminds me of doug lenat's cyc. i just don't see it happen this way; i don't want to see it happen that way.
