of course
with such a boring and reactionary government as in this day and place (oh du schönes österreich) it is quite impossible, but i envision a future which uses "drug-augmented computing" for the better. it has been shown that people on (absolutely harmless) low doses of psilocybin (magic shrooms) are able to fluently read text even when they only see one-third of each character. so we should-could also employ these things for people who dive into virtual reality spaces to discover patterns, say in the reactions of the human body to a medicament. from what i've heard of leary
i am no big fan of his. did they use lsd for anything beside travelling inner worlds? (i mean, that's fun, but not science.) ... link
