in der techno-libertären us-literatur wird osi ja immer als beispiel angeführt, wie regierungsgesteuerte top-down-ansätze im gegensatz zur selbstorganisierten experten-bricolage (tcp/ip) scheitern.

das ist, muss ich nochmal extra sagen, nicht _meine_ meinung. aber als ich mich mit solchen dingen noch befasst habe, ist mir diese ansicht des öfteren begegnet. auch in europäischen papers.

und weil ich was anderes lesen möcht ... *lol* tja, mal sehen, was sich dazu noch sagen lässt. falls da in ihren archiven noch etwas rumliegt? ... etwas über die alemanen von damals? die sind mir noch gänzlich unbekannt. ich weiss von denen nur, dass sie für die usa protokolle waren, während sich die briten noch dagegen wehrten (~70er).

funny, warum redet hier eigentlich kaum jemand - ich nehm einmal an, dass es irgendwo etwas darüber gibt - niemand über die 70er? als ob das networking in europa erst mit den spenden von ibm, ende der 80er, begonnen hätte.
